* Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment is allowed only 48 hours prior your scheduled time. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Rescheduled or cancelled appointment leaves a gap in the hairstylist’s day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. If its less then 48 hours we won’t be able to reschedule your appointment and you will lose your deposit. * We understand that things happen so if you have sickness or an emergency please call us directly so we can address this issue in the best way for both sides. * No shows will be charged a 75% fee and loose their deposit. If they want to come again they will have to book a new appointment and pay the deposit again. * If you are more than 20 minutes late for your procedure, we may cancel your appointment without a refund of your deposit. * Refunds for deposits are acceptable only more then 48 hours before your appointment. * Refunds for completed services are NOT allowed. If you are not satisfied with your service please let us know right away. We give our clients 3 day curtesy window to fix their hair if they are not happy about them.
